Is there free trials?
Yes. We have free plans for small projects. Even if you start paid plans, you can use in first month for free. So if you close your account in the first month, we don't charge your account.
If I start free plan, what kind of security applies?
In security, Free plan has same feature with paid plans. Refer security page for details of our security.
Can I upgrade after start my account.
Yes. Anytime, you can upgrade your plan. In your account admin page, choose "upgrade" to upgrade your plan.
How can I down grade or close my account.
Anytime you can down grade your plan. Closing your account is also available anytime when you want to. However, you will be charged for whole closed month.

What if I need a larger plan?
You can contact by email or telephone. We will respond as soon as we can. Usually, we will respond you in a day. Anything like, way to use features or request of new features are welcomed. ciklone is growing by your requests.Contact us at support@ciklone.com
How long will my data keep after closing my account?
After close your account, We will keep all of your data for a month. Your account information will keep for one year.
How long is the shortest term of my account.
You can renew your account monthly. If you close your account, we will only charge for the month you closed.
How can I pay?
Credit card or pay to our bank account. We accept VISA/Master/DINERS/JCB/AMEX. Paypal is not avaiable.
Is my data and information safe?
Since ciklone send and receive data by 256 bit SSL encryption which is same protocol with net-payment, your transfered data is safe. Since ciklone's data is automatically backuped, your stored data is safe.

FAQ about features
We already uses version control system. Can we use current repository with ciklone?
We can help to migrate your repository to ciklone. It costs 31,500 yen for 10 projects. Please tell us your version control system (CVS/Subversion/Git/Mercurial) and version of your system.
Is ciklone based on Trac?
Trac based system with our customizations.Multi repositories for git/subversion/mercurial.Our engineers are commiters of Trac open source project.
In which situation, ciklone works?
